- Create a Property Circle with your friends or relatives
- Minimum investment starting from $8,000 or $155 per week
- Minimum 5 to maximum 20 circle members
- Buy four properties over five years
- Properties generally valued at $500,000 or below to keep the deposits low
- Positively geared (whenever possible)
- Properties to have a feature such as:
- Great views,
- Corner Block,
- Ability to develop later or,
- High yield
- Invest as low, or as high, to suit your current situation

- Rental income will be reduced over renovation period

I started a Property Circle 7 years ago with some friends, and we are about to buy our property together. Our properties have been positively geared to generate revenue, and the capital growth has meant we have used equity from our early properties to buy others.
